Scalloped French Provence Carved Bed with Head Board Foot Board & Rails

This queen size bed represents true American quality, from it's hardwood construction to it's lushes dark finish. Made available to Boulevard Direct by a major North Carolina Furniture company. Each piece of our fine wood furniture is finished by hand, involving many steps. Woods have grain and color variations due to the growth pattern of each tree. The result is a beautiful and unique piece. Originally described as follows: "It's more than a place to sleep, it's a gold and chestnut-hued sculpture alive with poetic motion. The top of the headboard curves gently backward, creating a "pillow" that catches the light. Slim "wings" on each end of the headboard curl inward, their edges adorned with a carved plume. A ribbon of moulding flows across the top of headboard and footboard alike, reminiscent of the waves that kiss the Australian shore. Scrolled French feet complete this expressive design."
